Stainless steel fans not only provide ventilation but also greatly extend the service life. They have advantages such as high strength, rust resistance, good corrosion resistance, low aging, and low noise. They are suitable for ventilation in buildings with continuous high temperatures or hydrogen sulfide gases.
Maintenance and care considerations for stainless steel fans.
The function of stainless steel fans is to provide natural ventilation, and the specifications used in different fields vary. They should be selected according to customer requirements. As the fan is used for a long time, abnormalities may gradually appear, so maintenance and care work must be done well.
Full pressure starting or reduced pressure electric operation is allowed, but it should be noted that the current after full pressure starting is about 5-7 times the rated voltage. The torque of the reduced pressure motor is positively correlated with the square of the current. When the power capacity is insufficient, reduced pressure starting should be used.
Stainless Steel FanDuring the trial operation, carefully read the product manual and check whether the wiring method matches the connection method. Check whether the power supply voltage provided to the fan meets the specifications, whether the power switch is out of phase or in phase, and whether the capacity of the electrical components matches the requirements.
During the trial operation, there should be at least two people present: one controls the power supply, and the other observes the fan's operating condition. If any abnormal situation is observed, shut down immediately for inspection. First, check whether the direction of movement is correct. After the stainless steel fan starts running, check whether the operating current of each phase is balanced and whether the current exceeds the rated voltage. If there are still abnormal conditions, shut down for inspection.
After running for five minutes, shut down and check whether the fan has any abnormal conditions. Ensure there are no abnormalities before restarting.
When testing a single-speed centrifugal fan, first start at low speed to check whether the direction of movement is correct. When switching to high speed, wait until the fan is completely still before restarting to prevent reverse rotation, which could cause the switch to trip and damage the motor.
Stainless Steel FanWhen achieving normal speed, accurately measure whether there is an issue with the fan's input current. The operating current must not exceed its rated voltage.
