Due to different models, it is necessary to match the model when selecting the exhaust pipe. So how to choose?

High-temperature fans are used in many applications to prevent gas leakage, so we can adopt the following two solutions:
1. Disassemble the high-temperature fan casing, remove the impeller and moving drive device, and install a new packing seal or mechanical seal. The advantage of this method is that new sealing types can be selected, and installation is standardized, but the disadvantage is that it requires a lot of work and is time-consuming.
2. Without disassemblingHigh-temperature fanthe fan, add a simple packing seal. Each set of packing seal consists of a section of packing, two pressure plates, and two semicircular workpieces. Place the two workpieces marked with 'sleeve' on the shaft, welding the grooves towards the bearing box direction to form a circle.
3. Then, place the two semicircular workpieces without the 'sleeve' marking on the drive shaft, welding the grooves towards the sleeve direction to form a ring. This way, the drive shaft passes through the two rings, with the grooves facing each other.
4. Weld the ring marked with the sleeve onto the sleeve, ensuring that the inner circle of the ring is equal to the gap of the drive shaft.
5. Then weld the hexagonal heads of the bolts of the two pressure plates onto the casing, allowing one end of the pressure plate to press against the circular ring. Cut a piece of packing, wrap it in the ring groove, and tighten the nut of the pressing component to press one end against the ring. In this way, the recommended sealing method is successfully installed.
This method only requires preliminary processing of the workpieces, and the subsequent installation workload is small, making it very suitable for high-temperature centrifugal fans with unnecessary sealing requirements. High-temperature fans do not have sealing requirements during the redesign or manufacturing stage, and specific applications can refer to the above methods for improvement.
