Induced draft fan

Many induced draft fan devices, if not used according to the manual, will affect the performance and lifespan of the fan. This can cause significant losses in our normal use, so we need to combine some tips for correct usage. First, when using the blower, it should be started before operation. If the startup fails or takes a long time, the cause needs to be investigated.

If the reason is that the motor is not moving, it is necessary to check the set values of the mechanism. If the rated value of the motor is too low, the motor needs to be replaced. If the startup process is deemed incorrect, it is necessary to adjust the starting device; although sometimes the power consumption is too high right after startup, it is necessary to check whether the gas flow control mechanism is closed during startup.

The air volume of the induced draft fan and the blower that matches the bag filter is a high-pressure centrifugal blower. When designing the ventilation and dust removal system for factories, suitable industrial induced draft fans must be selected for electrostatic dust collectors, cylindrical dust collectors, and bag dust collectors. Although the commonly used Shengye centrifugal fan is currently in use, regardless of the type of induced draft fan chosen, the total pressure of the industry must be considered.Induced draft fanThe current total pressure calculation method is basically the sum of the climbing resistance and local resistance loss of the ventilation system.

The role of the pulse induced draft fan. The pulse bag dust collector is an indispensable device for bag dust collectors. The negative pressure of the induced draft fan enters the bag dust collector for processing, and the treated gas is discharged to the chimney through the blower. The common material for induced draft fans is cast iron, and ordinary blowers belong to this type of iron shell blower. Fans can also be made from other materials such as glass, PVC, aluminum, and stainless steel. Fans made from these materials have good corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and high-temperature resistance.

Additionally, there are devices that vibrate violently during use, so the speed can be appropriately adjusted during operation. Dust-laden gas enters the dust collector from the intake under the action of the induced draft fan, then the dust-laden gas rises into the filter bag, and dust particles are retained inside the filter bag, accumulating on the surface of the filter bag, while clean gas is discharged from the filter bag. When the pressure loss reaches a certain value, the filter bag needs to be purified. That is, air is blown into the filter in the opposite direction of the intake. Thus, the filter bag is compressed inward by the reverse airflow, and the dust particles retained on the inner side of the filter bag fall off due to the deformation of the filter bag, entering the dust accumulation area. At this point, gas purification and dust collection are completed.
