Let me briefly explain the main components of an incinerator. The incinerator system consists of five components. An incinerator is a type of waste treatment equipment that plays an indispensable role in the industrial and medical sectors. Its working principle is to burn waste materials at high temperatures to achieve disinfection. To better utilize this equipment, we should have a better understanding of the equipment during normal use. Here are the five components.

IncineratorThe five components of the system: The incinerator is a type of harmless treatment equipment that plays an indispensable role in the industrial and medical sectors. Its working principle is to burn waste materials at high temperatures to achieve disinfection. To better utilize this equipment, we should understand the equipment in normal use better. Here are the five components:

  1. Incineration System

The incinerator body is a cavity constructed from refractory materials, insulation materials, and heat-resistant materials on the upper part of the grate, coated with steel plates to prevent gas leakage, keeping the surface temperature of the furnace body below 50 degrees. The side of the furnace body is equipped with a maintenance door, and the auxiliary ignition burner is also on the side, with an operating table on top of the furnace body.

  2. Dust Collection System

The main equipment is a centrifugal dust collector used for dust removal from the flue gas after incineration. The dust collection system consists of three parts: the dust collection cylinder, the inverted cone, and the exhaust duct. The function of the dust collection system is to collect the particulate dust contained in the flue gas generated from the combustion of materials for centralized cleaning, while also reducing atmospheric pollution and purifying the environment.

The working principle of the dust collection system: The particulate dust contained in the flue gas generated from the combustion of materials reaches the cyclone dust collector under the strong suction of the induced draft fan. The cyclone dust collector is a device that separates particulate dust from the airflow using the principle of centrifugal falling. The upper part of the cyclone dust collector is conical. When the dust-laden gas enters from the tangential direction of the inlet pipe on the upper side of the cylinder, it rotates in reverse. After the dust is separated, it is discharged from the exhaust pipe at the top of the cylinder, and the dust particles fall into the dust collection cylinder from the bottom of the cone.

  3. Feeding Method

Design and select a reasonable feeding method based on the properties of various incinerable materials.Incinerator4. Combustion Supporting System

The main equipment is a gas burner. The combustion supporting system is used for ignition and auxiliary material incineration. Natural gas fuel and air are mixed and burned at the burner head. By adjusting the combustion air and the burner head, better combustion parameters can be obtained. The combustion gas circulates at the burner head, which can reduce pollutant emissions, especially nitrogen oxides (NOx). It features fully automatic management of the combustion process, flame detection, automatic judgment, and fault indication functions. The burner can be automatically ignited under the control of the program controller. This burner has automatic ignition, fire prevention, and fault alarm functions, with characteristics of high flame intensity, stable combustion, good safety, and large power adjustment. The burner can manually adjust the airflow to change the flame size; it has a built-in pressure regulating valve to ensure stable outlet gas pressure; at the same time, the gas volume can also be adjusted by regulating the supply pressure.

  5. Electric Control System

The distribution cabinet includes: the main power supply for the entire set of equipment, distribution control switches for individual equipment; start-stop control, protection circuits, alarms, etc. for the complete set of equipment and individual equipment, and operation panels, using centralized control, with some equipment set for on-site control for easy operation and observation.

IncineratorThat's all for this introduction. Thank you for watching, and see you next time.
