A certain cement company's high-temperature fan shaft is worn out, with a shaft diameter of 220mm, a bearing width of 70mm, and a wear amount of about 1.5mm. For the bearing wear issue of high-temperature fans, the traditional method is generally to transport the shaft to the machine repair workshop for welding and sleeve insertion. The welding machine processing process itself is prone to generate local thermal stress on the shaft surface, posing a risk of shaft fracture.
A certain cement company's high-temperature fan shaft is worn out.High-temperature fanShaft diameter is 220mm, bearing width is 70mm, and the wear amount is about 1.5mm. For the bearing wear problem of high-temperature fans, the traditional method is generally to transport the shaft to the machine repair workshop for welding and sleeve insertion. The welding process itself can easily generate local thermal stress on the shaft surface, posing a risk of shaft fracture. Moreover, the repair process requires a lot of manpower and time for disassembly, transportation, and installation, resulting in long repair times and high overall maintenance costs. In the event of an unexpected shutdown of the power plant fan, it is necessary to quickly and effectively restore equipment operation. Therefore, traditional repair processes are clearly not suitable for bearing wear repair.
Solution:
Polymer composite materials can be selected based on bearing wear parameters such as equipment speed, bearing model, and usage requirements for different equipment repair processes, among which the mold repair process is commonly used (see Figure 1). This maintenance process utilizes material characteristics, combined with actual on-site conditions to process repair tools, and repairs worn parts using molding methods based on positioning components, making it a field maintenance process. High-temperature fans feature short maintenance time, high maintenance precision, low maintenance costs, no secondary damage to equipment, and ease of operation.
1. On-site measurement and inspection of mold dimensions;
2. Empty mold test to ensure accurate fit of all parts;
3. Apply release agent to the inner surfaces of the mold, bolts, and positioning pins, and dry for later use;
4. Surface treatment of the shaft, oil baking, grinding, and cleaning;
5. Mix the Rich Blue 2211f metal repair material in proportion, ensuring no color difference;
6. Evenly apply the material to the shaft surface, with a coating thickness greater than the reference size of the shaft;
7. Install and secure the mold, removing excess material from the discharge slot;
8. Heat curing, ensuring the curing time is greater than 6 hours;
9. Remove the mold and excess material;
10. Polish the glaze, reassemble the material, and apply a thin layer of material to the surface of the shaft, then assemble directly or with heat.
High-temperature fanIncreasingly popular, environmentally friendly small hot air fans are favored by consumers. In the past, I might have thought that this type of product was untouchable and only used in industry. In fact, with the advancement of science and technology, many high-tech products have entered thousands of households, bringing convenience and warmth to people. The following series will detail the usage precautions for small hot air fans and high-temperature fans.
1. Small hot air fan and high-temperature fan
Many people have heard of high-temperature fans. They are very popular among small hot air fans. They are specifically developed for monotonous work, cleaning work, and food drying work. They not only have strong targeting but also work well for all professions. As long as they can be used normally at room temperature, they can fully exert greater power within 230℃.
2.High-temperature fanCharacteristics
The gas delivered by high-temperature fans must be non-combustible, non-explosive, and harmless to the human body. We all know that it is widely used in industry, so it is also necessary to ensure that the air-freighted goods are non-corrosive to steel and do not contain sticky substances.
